What began as a single location with a small but passionate team quickly became a community staple. Word spread fast — neighbors told neighbors, families became regulars, and the line outside our door became a daily badge of honor we wore with pride.

The First Nest
Starbird chicken opens its flagship location in Pleasanton, CA. With just 12 menu items and a team of six, the community takes notice immediately.
2014
Menu Expansion
We introduced our now-legendary starbird chicken sandwich lineup and signature sauces, growing our menu to over 25 items based on customer feedback.
2016
Second Location Opens
